Dit charmante vakantiehuisje, gelegen op een rustige locatie en uitkijkend over weelderige avocadoplantages, ligt op 10 minuten rijden van het levendige centrum van de stad Nerja met haar vele bars, winkels, restaurants en schitterende zandstranden. Naast een moderne inrichting geniet u hier van spectaculaire uitzichten over het omringende landschap en de bergen.
Buitenshuis en ligging
Hier heeft u het beste van twee werelden: het langzame ritme van het Andalusische landleven en het dynamische stadsleven dicht in de buurt. De cottage ligt in het Imaroga gebied, 3 kilometer van Nerja en 2,9 kilometer van Frigiliana. Tien minuten rijden en u bent op het beroemde Burriana strand! Buiten vindt u een ruim zonneterras met 4 ligstoelen en een privé zwembad. Het terras, compleet ingericht met patiomeubilair, is een ideale plek voor uw barbecue en om te genieten van het prachtige landschap. Vanaf hier kijkt u uit over de avocadoplantages en over de stad Nerja met de omringende heuvels als achtergronddecor. Op de eerste verdieping heeft u vanaf een heerlijk zonneterras uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee.

Op de begane grond vndt u de zit/eetkamer heeft een open haard en is comfortabel ingericht met een eettafel voor zes personen, een bank en fauteuil en satelliettelevisie. De half-open keuken is uitstekend uitgerust met een keramische kookplaat, oven, magnetron, koelkast/vriezer, vaatwasmachine en een wasmachine. Eveneens op de begane grond treft u een goed verzorgde tweepersoonsslaapkamer en een moderne en complete doucheruimte met wastafel en toilet. Op de bovenverdieping is nog een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met eigen doucheruimte, met wastafel en toilet. Deze slaapkamer geeft toegang tot het mooie zonneterras.
Alles bij elkaar genomen biedt deze accommodatie een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Mit Ralph war die Kommunikation sehr einfach, schnelle Reaktionszeit und sehr freundlicher Austausch. Auch gab es Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, an einem Hang mitten von Avocadobäumen. Da wir mit einem Baby da waren, waren leider kebekijk meer

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, an einem Hang mitten von Avocadobäumen. Da wir mit einem Baby da waren, waren leider keine Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus möglich, da die Straßen sehr uneben sind. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. In Frigiliana gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz, es sind wenige Minuten zum Lidl (bald auch ein Aldi vorhanden) und zum Strand sind es 10min mit dem Auto. Tagestrips nach Málaga und Granada sehr gut möglich und zu empfehlen.

If you’re thinking about booking this place BOOK IT! It’s absolutely divine. Peaceful, beautiful, views to die for! I travelled as a solo parent of an 18 month old, so our requirements were somewhere he and I could both relax. The little gate locks so the patio area and home are secure and private. The pool is deep but you can stand in it throughout. The open plan living / kitchen was perfect to keep an eye on him whilst making lunch and the ground floor bedroom really suited us. Frigiliana is ten mins away and beautiful with a little playground and lots of restaurants. Nerja is also ten mins the other way and ideal for dining and the beach. There’s a Lidl a couple of mins drive away which we found ideal for food inc organic veg and vegan options. My only recommendation would be to make the Wi-fi code / access more obvious (it was scribbled in a little note in a pot) and there was no one to meet us at check in (despite phoning) but the key safe was simple to do. We will be back!

La région est superbe à 50 mn de l'aéroport de Malaga. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

The pool was not heated though. The Air conditioning units were fabulous. The outside space is small but you can see that from the photos. The master bedroom upstairs had beautiful views across to the mountains but as my partner is tall the ceiling height for the en suite was a bit low unfortunately so we slept in the downstairs bedroom. The property was excellent value for money. The people who dealt with our arrival and departure all didn't speak English. The lady who I think owns the house came a few days after our arrival to take our full details and EUR200 damage deposit, which was returned to us upon departure.

Ils ont également été à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour. La piscine a fait le bonheur de nos deux filles, et nous avons tous les quatre su apprécier le calme des lieux. Smart, stylish property with well equipped kitchen, excellent shower room, lovely living space with indoor and outdoor dining areas. Bedrooms are spacious with good storage for clothes and under bed storage for suitcases. Pretty terrace area with good quality sun loungers and large parasol. Fabulous little pool, great for a dip to cool off when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and though the access to it is down a few bumpy tracks, it is located close to the autovia which is ideal if you want to explore more of the area. Nerja is approx 8 mins away by car, and similar to Frigiliana. Only negatives were the flies (it is a rural location with lots of trees), but we got some fly spray and scented candles from supermarket which helped keep them at bay! There are also several dogs kept by the residents nearby and they could be very noisy barking at times, but they generally quietened down quite quickly. Overall this is a wonderful wonderful property and I would happily stay here again.
